Outline:
Part 1. Company Presentation (20 min):
• Overview of the company, mission, and areas of work.
• Introduction to career pathways and opportunities for PhDs and postdocs.
• Highlights of skills and qualifications valued across different roles so that audience can choose which round tables they would like to visit.
Part 2: Round Table “Speed Dating” (40 min):
• Participants split into small groups at different tables.
• Each table hosted by a company representative with a specific role.
• Every 10 minutes, participants rotate to a new table to learn about different roles, responsibilities, and required skills.
