Poster Session 1: mainly EuXFEL topics incl. theory
📅Date: Tuesday, 27 January 2026
📍 Location: European XFEL (XHQ), Holzkoppel 4, 22869 Schenefeld, Germany

📋 Poster Numbers: will be announced when the poster list is completed
🚌 Shuttle busses from DESY (pickup point to be announced) to European XFEL will be offered.
o The times of departure from DESY will be available closer to the event start.
o Due to traffic and any unforeseen circumstances, the departure times may vary. Transportation takes approx. 20 min. one way.
o Busses back from EuXFEL to DESY will be offered.
o Alternatively, public transport by bus (Metrobuses 2, 186 and 285) is also possible (see “Public Transportation” information).
Poster Session 2: mainly FLASH topics incl. theory

📍 Location: DESY, CFEL foyer (Bldg. 99), Notkestraße 85, 22607 Hamburg, Germany
⌛Time: 16.00 - 19.30h
Session 3: mainly PETRA III and PETRA IV topics
