we are happy to announce the opening of the industry exhibition registration.
The registration will open on Tuesday 16th December 2025 at 09:00h CET.
Due to the amount of applicants we had to close the registration
- Please note:
With registering at our website, you indicate your willingness to be an exhibitor at the industry exhibition 2026. Final confirmation of your booking will be sent to you via e-mail according to availability.
Unfortunately, we may only offer 20 booths per day. The option “Booking 2 days at once” is limited to 10 packages.
- Exhibition time:
The exhibition will take place in the course of the poster sessions

- Wednesday (28 Jan.) FLASH plenary and poster session (15-19h)
- Thursday (29 Jan.) DESY Photon Science and PETRA III plenary and poster session (15-19h)

Standard exhibition booth
Standard booth for 1 day (size: 4 m²), 1 Table (0,8 x 1,2m), 2 chairs
Mentioning on conference website incl Logo (to be provided by exhibitor)
Packages also include the following services: Connection for electrical plug (230V), Event planning and organization, Provision of stand components and furnishings, WiFi connection
Unit price: EUR 420,- plus VAT per day
Booths may be booked for each day individually. Bookings will be handled according “first come, first served”.
