All the plenary sessions will take place in the DESY Auditorium (Bldg. 5), Notkestraße 85, 22607 Hamburg, Germany.
Poster sessions
Poster Session 1: Tuesday, 27 January 2026 at European XFEL (XHQ, Holzkoppel 4, 22869 Schenefeld, Germany)
Shuttle busses from the DESY campus (pickup point to be announced) to the EuXFEL campus in will be offered. Transportation takes approx. 20 min. one way. The times of departure from DESY will be available closer to the event start. Busses back from EuXFEL to DESY will also be offered after the Get together.
Alternatively, public transport by bus (HVV Metrobuses 2, 186 and 285) is also possible (see “Public Transportation” below regarding bus tickets).
Poster Session 2: Wednesday, 28 January 2026 at DESY (CFEL foyer (Bldg. 99), Notkestraße 85, 22607 Hamburg)

Vendor exhibition will be offered at poster session 2 and 3 at DESY (CFEL foyer (Bldg. 99), Notkestraße 85, 22607 Hamburg).
Satellite meetings and workshops
All satellite meetings and workshops will take place in seminar rooms on the DESY or European XFEL campus as indicated in their programme.

Bus stops near the DESY side entrance: ‘Luruper Chaussee (DESY)’ or the main entrance: ‘Zum Hünengrab (DESY)’. Bus stops near European XFEL ‘Schenefeld, Busbetriebshof’ and ‘Schenefeld, Aneken‘.
