We will create an inner teammeeting for every participant with the opportunity to exchange experience, insights, ideas, inspirations and other helpful things, to create powerful inner teams, that will support you on your professional way.

We will work with dialogs in small groups, Interviews, Biographic Lines, topic inputs, inner team, and any inspiring method that will help to find and develop your professional way.
About the trainer
Tobias Möller-Hahlbrock is economist and psychologist, working with individuals and organizations in many ways of change and development since 1992. His experience in working with people in organizations of science, business, education and many other branches, gave him a great variety of perspectives on different motives, kinds and paths of careers.
