        Macaroon use cases 20m
At SURFsara we now have two user groups that are actively using macaroons, or getting ready to use macaroons. One is Project MinE, an ALS research project, that uses macaroons to enable external parties to upload or download datasets, without having to depend on us to create accounts. The other is LOFAR, that is going to replace their download server with a more scalable setup where users directly download data from dCache using macaroons. Also, I would like to briefly advocate my script get-macaroon, which makes working with macaroons easier, especially in the beginning. And I can say something about challenges we face.
