Accomodation has to be arranged by the participant. Hamburg has a wide choice of hotels and Airbnb places, but we advise you to book in time. Good areas of Hamburg to look for accomodation close to DESY/Campus Bahrenfeld or easily reachable are: Bahrenfeld, Lurup, Altona, Sternschanze. A list of possible hotels is given here:

Note that:
- The plenary session the first day will take place in DESY, Campus Bahrenfeld.
- The parallel sessions for particle physics (experiments and theory) will be in DESY, Campus Bahrenfeld.
- The parallel session for Maths will take place close to the
Geomatikum,Bundesstraße 55, 20146 HamburgStudents attending that session are recommended to look for an accomodation closer to the centre of Hamburg
- The parallel sessions in astrophysics will take place in the Observatory Hamburg Sternwarte, Gojenbergsweg 112, 21029 Hamburg Bergesdorf, about 1 hour from the centre of Hamburg. Students attending this session are recommended to look for an accomodation in the centre and not closer to DESY
- The farewell dinner will take place downtown Hamburg
There will be enough time given in the agenda for all transfers.
