All talks should be 12 minutes sharp to allow time for discussion and questions and are in person only.
Talks should be uploaded to the indico agenda in pdf format by Saturday 22 November.
- For speakers without an indico account, please follow the instructions in https://indico.desy.de/news/5-getting-indico-accounts to get an indico account via Helmholtz AAI, for instance using your gmail account. Please do this one week before, by 14th November.
- Once you have an indico account, we will prepare the entry for you and you will be able to upload your talk on the 22nd November. You will not be able to upload the talk without creating the indico account at least few days before.
If you have difficulties, just send your talk in pdf format to the organizers by Saturday 22 November, we will upload the talk for you.
