Accessibility and Inclusion

We want everyone who wishes to attend the conference to be able to do so – regardless of individual needs or circumstances. Our goal is to identify and remove barriers and to create a space that is welcoming and accessible to all.

Whether it's support with mobility, childcare during the conference, digital access options, or a quiet zone – please don’t hesitate to let us know.
We are happy to accommodate any other needs you may have, wherever possible.

Your input helps us create an inclusive conference where everyone feels welcome and valued. All requests will be treated respectfully and confidentially.

For matters related toAccessibility and Inclusion  you can turn to Marta Chiarinotti (she/her) and Laura Krause (she/her), who will be your point of contact for any concerns.

You can reach us at ask_for_angela@physik.uni-kiel.de if you have specific access needs, require support, or would like to report an incident or concern before, during, or after the conference.
