Description
Following the success of the Ambleside LC Physics schools, a new series of LC Physics schools will be started. The next edition will take place 7-9 October at DESY, Hamburg. The school is aimed at PhD students and postdoctoral researchers working on linear collider research. The programme consists of lectures covering the following topics:
- accelerators and detectors
- Standard Model physics
- Higgs physics
- supersymmetry
- relation to LHC physics

The 2 1/2 day Linear Collider Physics School will be followed by the 2 1/2 day Linear Collider Forum. Cross-participation is invited and encouraged. A joint dinner for both events will take place on Wednesday evening at the DESY Bistro.
