The aim of the workshop is to bring together experts on Monte Carlo simulation in the natural sciences, in engineering and in economy. The focus is on providing a forum for discussing state-of-the-art technology from various fields such as to seed interdisciplinary exchange of knowledge and potentially common efforts or development.
Applications of Monte Carlo methods will be covered, amongst others, in high energy physics, condensed matter physics, transportation, cosmology, climate research, biology, chemistry, economics and finance. The conference fee is 40 Euro and can be paid in advance or cash upon registration. Please visit also the workshop homepage.
